Agreement
By creating or using a Listsy account, you agree to these terms with Listsy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the briefs and files you provide. You grant Listsy the limited permission needed to process them and provide the service. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all submitted content and that your products comply with Etsy policies, intellectual property law, consumer law, and applicable regulations.
You may not use Listsy for infringement, counterfeits, fraud, malware, unlawful content, prohibited goods, or attempts to bypass marketplace rules or access another person's shop.
AI-assisted content
Listsy uses generative AI to create and edit assets and listing copy. Generated results may be inaccurate, similar to other material, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review every result before publishing. Listings prepared by Listsy include this disclosure: “Created with AI assistance from the seller's original prompt.”
Etsy drafts and account access
Listsy creates or refreshes drafts only after you connect an Etsy shop and request the action. Listsy never publishes listings automatically. You review and publish each draft yourself inside Etsy. You may revoke access by disconnecting your shop in Listsy or through Etsy.
Plans, credits, and refunds
Charges pay for Listsy's generation, processing, storage, and workflow services, not for access to Etsy's API. Provider or technical jobs that fail before delivery do not consume committed credits. Except where law requires otherwise, completed generation and processing charges are non-refundable.
Availability and liability
Listsy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, sales performance, marketplace approval, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Listsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
