What this policy covers
This policy explains how Listsy handles information when you use Listsy to generate digital products and prepare Etsy draft listings.
Information we collect
- Account details, including your email address and workspace.
- Seller briefs, seller-owned uploads, generated assets, listing copy, quality checks, jobs, and product settings.
- Etsy shop identifiers, authorization scopes, OAuth credentials, and metadata needed to create and verify your draft listings.
- Subscription, credit, and billing status from our payment provider.
- Technical logs needed for security, reliability, and support.
Listsy does not request or process Etsy buyer, order, or payment data.
How we use information
We use this information to provide the service, generate seller-owned product materials, create and verify Etsy drafts at your direction, prevent abuse, keep the service reliable, and respond to support requests. We do not use Etsy API data to train artificial intelligence models or create datasets for model training.
Service providers
We share only the information needed with infrastructure, storage, generation, payment, analytics, and email providers that help operate Listsy. Their access is limited to providing those services.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and accounting obligations. Disconnecting Etsy deletes the stored OAuth connection credentials for the selected shop. You may request account or content deletion by emailing support@listsy.app.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards to protect stored information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
